Shipping

We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. The availability and delivery times vary based on your location. We use UPS and Fedex as our default express services. Please get in touch with us if you have any preferences and choices regarding express delivery.

The shipping time for your order will vary depending on the item's availability and the shipping method you choose. Choosing the Free Standard shipping option from the US warehouse usually takes 2-5 business days. Whereas, if you opt for Standard International shipping from an overseas warehouse, it will take 3-5 business days. However, if you need the order early, select the expedited shipping option to reduce the shipping time. Remember that the processing time is separate from the shipping time and must be added to the total delivery time.

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to track the status of your shipment.

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method, the weight of the package, and the destination. You can view the estimated shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your order.

If you have placed an order and it has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, you can follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check your order's tracking information to see any updates or delivery exceptions.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or another issue, we'll contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately with your order number, details of the issue, and photos, if possible. We'll work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

Returns
