Return and Exchange Policy

General

Profection Technology offers a hassle-free return policy for 30 days after you receive your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was when you received it, including all tags and original packaging, and it must be unworn or unused. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package and where to send it. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may be applied. However, the fees will not be applied if you receive a damaged or defective item.

Please ensure that you request a return before sending back the items. We will only accept packages that have been authorized for return.

Damages and issues

Upon reception, please inspect your order immediately and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can promptly rectify the problem.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned for a refund. These include custom products such as personalized or special orders, final sale items like non-returnable items or clearance products, and hazardous materials like flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. Once we've confirmed the return is approved, we'll automatically process the refund using your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take up to 10 business days to be processed and appear in your account. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund process. If you haven't received the refund after 15 business days, please contact us at return@profection.global.
